Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests are requested to cancel reservations within the stipulated period as mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.
- If cancelled from 0 days to 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 8 days to 20 days before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 21 days to 30 days before the check-in date, 10% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
- No refunds for cancellation during the peak season period / long weekends, Christmas, New Year Period.
- No refund in case the booking is cancelled due to cancellation of flights/ trains/ ferries or road blocks due to climatic changes/natural calamities/political disturbances, etc.
- The cancellation policy for some rates/offers and room categories may differ from the standard cancellation policy of the hotel.
- Jeep Safari: No refund on Jeep Jungle Safari cancellation.
Confirmation/Cancellation Policy for Weddings and Celebrations
- 25% of the total billing has to be made at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
- 25% of the total billing has to be made 90 days prior to the event.
- 25% of the total billing has to be made 60 days prior to the event.
- 25% of the total billing has to be made 30 days prior to the event.
- If not complied with the above, the booking can be cancelled.
- Full clearance of bill at the time of check-out.
- In case of any cancellation:
- Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months and 1 month prior to the date.
- 100% retention to be charged if cancelled 1 month prior to the date of the event.
In case of any cancellation, the GST of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 5th of the next month.
Refunds are only available through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
Credit/debit card/ Instamojo online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
Credit/debit card/ Instamojo cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
Arrival and Departure Policy
A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required documents during their travel.

Check out time: 11:30 Hrs
Early Arrivals and Late Departures
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your luggage while you relax in the lobby.
Guarantee Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by Credit Card /Advance Booking Amount Via UPI or Account transfer of at least 40% amount of the total amount of the booking or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted with the charge of 2%.
At Eminence The Corbett, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm), on receipt of advance payment. All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Deposits are required for confirmed bookings only. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking. Balance amount to be paid at the time of check-in only. Else, we have the right to cancel the booking, and the advance amount paid will be non-refundable.
Credit Cards
Visa and Master Card with 2% extra charges. American Express and Corporate Cards have 3.75% extra charges.
Child Policy
Eminence The Corbett charges no additional fee for children 5 years of age and younger occupying the same guest room as their parents or guardians (space permitting). Special rates may be available for children between 6 – 12 years occupying the same room as their parents or guardians. Meals for children can be availed on extra charges.
Mandatory Meal Supplement
Mandatory meal supplement is applicable at Panther’s Perch Eminence The Corbett on New Year's Eve, 31st December.
Banking Ombudsman Policy
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly of indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
